I uploaded a patch that adds a tab for "The Wastes".

I only included the six spawn locations mentioned at lotro-wiki.

I included Amoeborin's changes, except the Forochel location, which is almost right on top of an already-existing location.

I did the German and French translations myself, so they may not be ideal.

Hi everyone!

I have been busy, and well, it did not seem to be worth the hassle to update with just a few coordinates. I do intend to add the Wastes RTs map at some point, probably during summer. Until then, know that, as far as I've seen, the locations are quite limited (like: 7 spots for 5 RTs, I think), which is also a reason I didn't rush to update.

Thank you for this very cool and useful plugin. Is there going to be an update for the new area--The Wastes? Perhaps everyone knows the locations

Truly love your plugin! However, the last entry on the Wiki for Evendim is missing (perhaps added by Turbine after the last update to this plugin)

Until the plugin is updated - to add this to your RTP client, do the following:

1) Load your favorite text editor (like Notepad on Windows - to see Line Numbers, turn Format | Word Wrap off, and View | Status Bar on).

2) Open C:\Users\<<<YourUserName>>>\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\Plugins\MathPlugins\RTStuff\MapData.lua


3) Add this after line 40.

mapdata["Evendim"]["16.6S 69.7W"] = EvendimCoords(-16.6, -69.7);


4) You can also add Adra's locations from his post as follows:

After line 58:

mapdata["Forochel"]["8.1N 76.7W"] = ForochelCoords(8.1, -76.7);

After line 170:

mapdata["Eastern Gondor"]["76.8S 17.2W"] = EGondorCoords(-76.8, -17.2);


5) Save the file and restart LoTRO client

Was the map locked? (Check the lock icon in the upper right corner.)

While in Angmar using this plugin I could not click on the spawn points to turn them red or send them to chat. I have not played in every area so I only know of just this one problem.

1) Thanks for this awesome plugin. Very useful !

2) One of the last additions (personal position with green dot) is broken for non-english clients. I worked on this and i have a fixed version. How can i send it to you ? (PM ? mail ? other ? )

3) What about the idea of adding the warbands on the maps ? of course not sending to the chat, but only an icon, tooltip and ctrl- & alt- click...

You forgot the "-" signs on the last map coordinate for Eastern Gondor (in MapData.lua). As a result, one of the points doesn't appear on the map.
