+ changed the hope graphic to match the same underburnt pattern as the dread from alpha13
10/06/07 - Alpha.13 release
+ added (temporary) dread and hope changing radar border. As you can see the dread and the normal look alright but the hope needs work still.
+ added NSEW to compass

I miss at this the NWSE or in German NWSO
Noth West South East around the Radar. 
Add this and it is Perfect
