I'm having issues with this new version. The UI is off center and regardless of what I put as values for X and Y, nothing changes. I double checked everything with the old files from the previous version and everything is correct.

X & Y coordinates for 1920x1080
saved in XML format

Hi

I completely agree it would had been a pity such a great skin fall outdated !
I did not even had tested it when a user asked me if I could update it.
I just had a quick overview on its page and thought it was still maintained.
But since this day I put it for the first time on one of my characters, it progressively became one of my two favorites skins.
Thanks too for your contribution on this great skin !

Thanks for taking over the project Arda.

Due to other obligations I haven't been able to maintain it as often as I should, so thanks for picking up the skin before it became completely abandoned.

Hi,

Everything should appear properly
I personally never used custom scales on elements.

On my 2560x1440 resolution I use the "JRR Azure Glass 1x1" and the "JRR BGM short Opaque" profiles and I put the 4 raid members vital columns at the right of the toolbar + the Buffbar buff column. At the left of the toolbar I have my 3 stacked chat windows + the radar.

For your particular resolution :

- If you play in full screen, you will have to define the correct "X" and "Y" values to correctly position your main toolbar and get its icons clickable.
Get the "x" value from the 2560x1440 setting, and the "y" value from the 1920x1080 setting.

- If you play in window mode, just use the 2560x1440 setting and define your toolbar scale (in option menu -> UI settings) to 1.01 (I don't like this because it generates a slight blur on the toolbar and its icons)

hi adra thanks agin for updating your skins, i have a very quick question just upgraded my monitor and my resolution is 2560x1080 what would i need to do to edit the skin so it appears properly

V.4.6c April 21 2013 Critical update
- A bug introduced in v4.6 was blocking the display of the master loot panel and the need/greed/pass window (present in non-scalable instances), this is now fixed, thanks to DaBear78my for reporting me this issue and my apologies for it.

I can also confirm two issues with the latest verson.

Main toolbar - Unable to click the skills on it or hover over icons for tool tip. The skills can skill be activated using the number keys though. This also prevents from being able to move skills around on the main bar.

Toolbar Slots - They do work but you have to hover your mouse above them in order to select it.

Other than those two things, everything looks great.

Hi, I just started using your nice skin, after Isil was abandonned. I'm using Azure Glass 1x1 and I'm getting a weird glitch with the map http://imgur.com/tZmlHCF

is it intended?

EDIT2: If you look at the screenshot, you'll notice that the 6th button fromt he right (Instance Join button) is not scaled like the others. Is it a bug from Turbine's side?

Hi, I just re-tested the toolbars by downloading and installing the JRR AzureGlass v4.5 file hosted here, in order to take consideration of any potential upload corruption issue, and the result is that the toolbars work fine for me.

Re-download, re-install, follow the installation instructions and read the FAQ from this page, especially the last question, if you still encounters issues.
I see no reason it would not work for you .

None of the mini icons above the skill bars are working for me with the new version.

EDIT: Main toolbar doesn't work either

Hi, it is the case on some profiles and it is a choice not a bug.
The icons displayed on the carater panel are the same than thoose from the toolbar. Since they would be ugly when displayed on the character panel, I mask them with a little black frame.
Lotro displays missing / wrong path pictures as light grey frame crossed by horizontal and vertical white lines.

Howdy once again.
Popped in to say that with the new version, the symbols on the Character window next to the Skills/House/Title etc. tabs are missing and are blacked out.

JRR Azure Glass v4.5 released.
March 13 2013 - Update 10 release.


- Fixes the default blue UI over layers.
- Customized the winter festival player vital.
- Customized the 6th anniversary player vital.

No, not easily at all.

Eventually you could put the Azure Glass "basic" toolbar into the BGM Opaque skin, by downloading the standalone edition I released, opening it, and copy its only featured folder then paste it in this one :

..\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\ui\skins\JRR Skins collection\# BGM #\

say "yes" to overwrite the files

Then open (using wordpad, notepad, or any else text editor) the skindefinition.xml file from the downloaded skin folder, select and copy the text code from :

<PanelFile ID="ID_UISkin_Toolbar">
(included)

until the last but one line (I mean don't take "</opt>")


Now open the skindefinition.xml file located inside

..\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\ui\skins\JRR Skins collection\# BGM #\_Opaque skin\

and paste the code previously selected after the line :

I did not test it but it should work

The main problem is you will have to redo this after each JRR update
