Change log
1.0.2 - Removed files that were not meant to be included, trimmed the filesize a decent amount. Removed unused files from the clean interface.
What is it?
Full reskin of the UI, or as full as possible until the dev team lets us change more. Everything's replaced. Comes with two versions, one with and one without the bottom bar art.
Installation
Extract contents of the zip file to C:\...\My Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\ui\skins\
If the UI or Skins folders do not exist, create them.
-Thanks to D.H1cks for LOTRO Skin Viewer, which without, would have made this very tedious to create.
-Thanks to the www.lotrointerface.com for their tutorials and references, plus their helpful forums.
Note to Authors
The best way to learn how to make an interface is to use another author's as a guide so remember this:
-Feel free to use the XML file and the images as guides to creating your own interface.
-Note that it says GUIDE, so use my images as tracing paper or to find the proper dimensions, shapes, ect, but do not copy them pixel-per-pixel and claim ownership.
-Copy the whole XML file if you want, it's just text. You can use the same file naming convention if you want.

-Don't use this for commercial uses. Ever. This is free stuff for the community.

Sabar, thank you for allowing some of us to use your work as a guide to making our own. Heres my problem, Ive Dled other authors work to try and figure out what pieces are what part of the interface and get lost not only trying to figure it out, but most of the work i glance at is already in a targa file and not in PSD where i can separate layers as a template to use. Its been really disappointing as I cant seem to figure this out at all. Is there anyway that someone can make a full blow beginners kit with pics of what peice covers what and a template to boot? I would give anything if some of you better artists could make a kit for people like me who have no idea what their doing except for the letterbox mainbar. If someone could put this together i would give credit in every UI i did to the author for the templates,but without pics i just dont know what goes where or know exactly what i can and cannot change(or choose to change).
Thanks in advance and Im gonna check out your UI to see if i can make any sense to this. Thank you for offering your UI as a guide to some of us who do not have a clue whats going on to some extent. If i cna figure it out I will give credit for your template in every UI I do from here out. Thanks again!
