Version 1.2C

Fourth release for book 13.
Rename all folder and UI skin name to lowerscore lettering for better detecting under Win Vista.
Fix some misc UI alignments.
Added new art for book 13.
Progress bar is fixed(some).
Skinned the new journal entries and remove some old ones that are no longer working for the four color UI's.
Skinned the bank slot inventory.
Skinned the character sheet(some).
Added a code as an option for mail spam button to be on the right or left side,this is to prevent accidently reporting spam.
As default I set it at far right side,you can edit the x and y to move around abit if you want.

Note!
If your using my optional pak toolbar and have arranged the icons and locations and such,
make sure you back up the skindefiniton file before replacing the new one.
I arranged the codes diffrently then the previous version to prevent breaking the codes as best possible.
Also make sure to use notepad when editing the skindefinition files,and don't use wordwrap, sometimes the code breaks if not
arranged correctly.
Another note:
Leave one blank space of each starting code.
Example:
<Mapping ArtAssetID=" etc.


I'll be working on a new version 1.3a of the UI with slighty different look with abit darker areas.
Hopefully I have it done before a month or so.
I be going over the UI to see what not needed anymore to reduce file size.
Once the version 1.3a is release,I won't be updateting the 1.2 version.
Unless I get requested to still continue the 1.2 version design UI.

Black Glass mix Version 1.2b Third release.

UI has 4 colors from previous version.
The colors are:
Blue
Red
Purple
Green

Minor error while I was updating so version 1.2b

This third release is an update for book 12.
Thanks to Frosty for providing us new UI art pak.
More UI has been reskin,housing panel,new title selection
highlights,small box for the barber shop where the + - -><-
fixed the bio page tree.
Progress bar still not fixed yet.
Note:
On the permission option for house,theres one Icon colored blue.
I couldnt find the missing UI to reskin it.

This is my first attempt to edit the UI for LOTRO.So yeah,Im a noob!!
I havent tested the raid window or group window so if theres any errors let me know.
So far the main everyday UI works.

You can extract all the files to your UI folder or just select the ones you want.
Each color is a stand alone UI.That makes it easier to choose which color you want and delete.

Curently im not editing the fervor,the auto attack, the toolbar, map,vitals etc.
This my wish list to do when I have more time.

Note:The close button X is invisible it is not disable.I dont like the X covering up the UI or the Info box when I take screenshot.When you point your mouse where the close button X is it will reappear.
The thanks goes to Deewe for the instructions to make the X disappear in her/him UI Yessh when I was using the UI.

Also thanks to LedMirage.I looked at his xml file for LM Durin's Folk UI to figure out how to make folder and place pics and make the xml read those files in each folder.

especially Enfield who first created a gloss style UI: Dark Glass
