Since you are a programmer, I think the easiest method is for you to just convert the entire thing into German, and send it to me. I will add the code that detects the client language and selects the appropriate translation.
Feel free to adjust the size of controls if the German text doesn't fit.
Don't worry about translating the class names. That requires some recoding, and I will handle that.
