This version is just to update the common Help interface.

With this version, I've added a new command, "/cmm [<p#>]<c><#>" where <c> is the profession code, <#> is the crafting tier and <p#> is an optional processing level with 0 for raw or unprocessed. This command will list all the materials that match the specified category that are stored in any character's inventory, vault, or shared vault. It includes a count for each location.

As an example, "/cmm j3" would display the location and count for any Expert Jeweler materials. /cmm 1j3" would limit it to processed materials.

I've also added Mushroom & Abandoned Iridescent Ore nodes.

This version adds more improvements. When a crafting ingredient can be crafted from another material, the two materials are now linked. The "<Proc" button will display the prior ingredient and the ">Proc" button will display the crafted material. These buttons are disabled when there is no link available.

Another improvement is the CM window will now display materials selected with a link or name on the command line.
