Define actively. There is work being done if you check the GitHub history. If you consider actively as "the author should prioritize this higher than their family over Christmas" then no, it is not.

I have planned to take some of my limited free time this week to make updates and bug fixes and make a release. So being questioned whether this is maintained aka whether I care struck a nerve.

One thing I've noticed is whenever I set my milestone skill to either of the last two options the Travel Window II plugin doesn't correlate with the in game milestone order.

Basically what I mean is, lets say I set my milestone to the last on the list the Travel Window II plugin shows this in 2nd to last on the travel window.

It always means the same thing,
but why don't they always use "Rückkehr nach ..."
These translators are so stupid.
I almost missed the point at the end

Yes there is a bug, SSG messed up and named old and new skill the same (one is in West Gondor, one is in King's Gondor).

Is there a bug with the guide to Dol Amroth for the hunter? I can't use it with Travel Window, I've to choose it from the game menu. I've two guides in Travel Window, but neither works.

Basically just lower case the "T" and "K".
This is a similar bug to the one I posted before, about the Order of the Eagle.
Also, the Order of the Eagle is not grouped together with the other allegiance skills, it's currently last on the list when it should be after the ledger keepers
