Ops I forgot to mention that on the readme file, this is normal for now cause we don't have the new skin art pack.

There are other part of the Ui that will have some default skin cause like stated above.

So the answer is that's how it should look for now.

Well I did kinda mention this problem you would only notice it on the readme if read entirely but that part was mention on the credits to the user Hazado.

As title says,yes finally B.G.M 4.3 is nearly done it be ready about 30 mins to upload then it all depends on mods to approve it.

Think I will have to remove the toolbar panel code in the next update then to minimize the problem.

Let me make a different skindefintion file which will remove the toolbar code and the fervor bars and focus back to default.

I don't know why is not showing up in your ingame option to choose my skin.

Other Skins are working well.

I followed your instructions but no success.

Hmm,your the 4th or the 5th person that has this rare problem.

I'm curious,do you have English OS or is it other language?

For experimental can you use other peoples UI skins?

Another thing you can try but may not fix the problem,the lotro folder in your documents click its properties and then un check Read-only.

The folder will reset its value and it will show the box check again but thats normal.

Another thing you can try,on the folder of the UI black glass mix blue 4.2 remove the .2.

Maybe the OS is finicky with the 4.2 naming.

Also try renaming the folder name of The Lord of the Rings Online to lower case letters like this the lord of the rings online in your documents folder,it may or may not help.

The Black glass mix blue folder is the skin folder.

I Use Win7 x64 with admin account.

The Skindefinition file is in the main folder of your ui.

I've deleted all and tried it again with same result.

I just checked and they worked fin on my side.

black glass mix blue v 4.2 folder should be place inside the skins folder not in ui folder.

The you need to copy the skindefintion file that's inside the step 2 folder of the 1920 folder.

You copy that skindefintion file and paste it inside the black glass mix blue v 4.2 folder like in the pic.


If you do indeed have it as shown in the pic then something wrong wich the setup.

What OS you run and do use account with admin or guest.

Also make sure you are putting the folder in you documents folder not the installation of the lotro main game folder.
