If you uncheck the pots you don't want to see under the Cooldown Filters section you should be able to make a morale and power specific bar.

Error message
Hello,
I receive the following error messages:
...ne\Plugins\PengorosPlugins\BuffBars\EffectWindo w.lua:189: attempt to call field 'DragBar' (a nil value)
...ne\Plugins\PengorosPlugins\BuffBars\EffectWindo w.lua:202: attempt to index field 'DragBar' (a nil value)
when I Press Ctrl+\ to move the windows. I believe I have the latest Dragbar class.
Any suggestions?

BUG found
Hi,
I found a BUG that I really donīt know how to reproduce yet, but the plugin somehow is starting some pots from normal quickslot bars.
Sometimes the plugin change completly the quickslot from a skill to the POT or sometimes the skill icon still is there but when you click it actually uses the POT.
That happend on a healing skill on my minstrel... and the skill was pointing to the Disease POT instead to the healing skill and the ICON was still there.
I will let you know if I find how to reproduce, it happend on the Great Barrow instance with 6 lvl 65 players (the smallest instance).
Att,
Rafael.

I love this plugin, both in beta and live. I am having an issue where it loads just fine, but I can't use the command /buffbars setup (says command not recognized) or right-click the bar (nothing happens.) I can also drag the buffbars around without locking/unlocking the screen, if that makes any difference.
I have tried unloading all other plugins, so that Buffbars is the only one, and that didn't make a difference. I did have the beta one installed first, but I've since removed that and reinstalled this one, but I am having the same issue still.
Anything else I should try? Could it have something to do with the base Turbine files? I will probably try re-downloading them to make sure I have the latest version there.

What version number is printed when the plugin loads. You should see a message like this:
BuffBars v1.0 by Pengoros

There is an issue with the turbine quickslot class overwriting the skill in the first position of bar 1. I'm still looking for a reliable way to reproduce this so I can code around this particular problem. I think it has to do with rearranging pots in inventory that are slotted in the quickslots.

That was the issue - there was an older version from Beta I must have put into a different folder and it was loading that one, rather than the newer one. All is working great now.

This sounds like a DragBar issue. Make sure you have a Deusdictum/UI/DragBar.lua file in your plugins folder. You might just want to get the lastest to make sure from here.

Is it possible to show timers on cooldowns of skills? Such as the cooldown on Rallying Cry- not the heal effect, but when the skill is actually going to be back up. That was what my first impression was by the cooldown bar. Is it possible to display them, or is it in the works? I couldn't seem to find the option.

Thanks! I think I had a version before this one and the one package had the release after Lua went 'live' on F2P. All is well now.

No the API doesn't allow for this feature yet.
I think it's possible someone could write a standalone that started a timer off a keystroke. If it had the ability for the player to set the duration and name the keystroke, it would be a decent workaround.
The biggest drawback being if you hit the key before the CD was finished you'd have a second "false" CD timer going.

Unless you could check if that timer is running and only reset it if it's not currently counting down?

First of all, this is an awesome plug-in and it will come in very handy for many of my classes. Thank you so much for this!
Now on to my issue(s).
1. The QuickSlot bar created by BuffBars doesn't show up unless I'm in CTRL + \ mode. I can drag potions into the bar via the /buffbars setup panel and they show, but once I leave CTRL + \ mode, the whole quickslot bar disappears.
I tried creating another bar but I'm getting the same result. My settings are set to show the QSlot bar "Always." I've played with that setting for Combat or Out of Combat, but same result.
Is there something special I have to do to get the quickslot to show always?
2. Do those pots in the quickslot automatically get used if I dip below the allocated parameters? Lets say I get below 30% morale and the parameter is set to 30%, will the morale pot be used?
Thanks a million.
By itself, without the quickslot, the meter is ACES! Love it.
EDIT: Can we turn off certain buffs, like War-Speech? While I like to have it on, I don't need it to show the buff to me at all times.

The quickslot is meant to only show up when you have curable debuffs or low morale/power. I just show the whole thing while positioning so you can see where it will be.

It won't automatically use it, the pot will show up where you have positioned the bar so that you know if it shows up a certain condition is active, i.e. low morale or a curable wound, etc.

Right click war-speech and choose ignore. That will add it to the list of effects that will not be shown in the bar.
