Thank you very much for this plug in, I really like it. What I have found is a bug on my rune-keeper. Every time I use a skill on him a get a message in the general chat box. This happens with the standard box ticked in the change filters tab on the general box. Unticked I don't get the message. This is what comes up " Effect added: ID=****, name=****, description=****, category=****, duration=****, curable=****, debuff=**** " (**** is other information). I'm using buffbars 1.2.0 and this does not happen on my lore-master. I have Buffbars setup identically for both characters. I hope you will be can fix this. If you would like more information, just let me know.

You seem to have effect logging enabled.

Ptweety is correct you have effect logging enabled. Open the options and turn it off on the logging panel.

I have downloaded the lastest version of BuffBars but it will not load. It says "Plugins\PengorosPlugins\BuffBars\EffectManager.lu a :12: attempt to call field 'LocalPlayer' (a table value)". It shows up on the list when i put /plugins refresh. Am I missing something?

I noticed something odd in the error message that both of you posted - the path to the file throwing the error is "PengorosPlugins\BuffBars\EffectManager.lua" but in the 1.2 zip file, EffectManager.lua is not in the PengorosPlugins\BuffBars folder, it is in the PengorosPlugins\Utils folder. I suspect something went wrong when unzipping the new version over an old install - you should try deleting the entire Plugins\PengorosPlugins\BuffBars folder and re-extract the 1.2 version files to get a clean install.

FWIW, EffectManager.lua was only in the Buffbars folder in ver 1.0 It has been in the Utils folder in versions 1.1.0 and higher. You may have accidentally clicked on the 1.0 version download, double check the file name of your zip file.

Good catch Garan, yes just delete the entire PengorosPlugins folder and re-extract it from the 1.2.0 zip file.

It seems champion's Fervor skill no longer show up on the effects bar. Both ardor and glory still show up when toggled.

Please fix in next update. I like to use it as timer when running skirmishes.

UPDATE: never mind. Just played a bit more with the options and some how Fervor got put on the ignored effects list.

I just wanted to start by thanking you for your hard work! It's a great addon, and I really like it a lot. I do have a feature request, though.

Would it be possible to allow the color-coding of specific responses? For example, us Guardians want to keep Guardian's Ward up as much as possible, but due to the FIFO nature of the cooldown timer, I sometimes have a hard time figuring out where it is in the list. Being able to set a filter to change the color of a specific item would be really useful.

I've been using BuffBars since I started using plugins and really appreciate the work you've done with it.

I am in the RoI Beta and now that the NDA is lifted I wanted to give you a heads up that a lot of us in Beta have found that something in BuffBars is causing the client to crash to desktop due to the changes that Turbine has made to LUA.

Hope it's an easy fix once RoI goes live.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll be making sure the plugin works correctly once RoI is released. In addition I'll be adding party member buffs to the feature set. Yes LMs, you will be able to track stun immunity .
