Makes perfect sense.
This is not part of the standard Turbine code - I would have to programme the plugin to scan for blank icons and hide them. Then, I would have to scan again for when to open them. This would mean trapping the backpack and/or skill panel button pushes. As these could be different for every user it is not as easy as it sounds!
Anyway, short answer no, long answer yes, but it's a lot of hard work for not much reward (as I see it!)

Curious if it was possible for Plugin Bars to act like the Standard Turbine bars? What I mean is the Standard bars Icon Backgrounds appear/disappear when the Skill panel and/or bags are opened/closed. I don't need them to disappear like that but could it be possible to hide the icon backings when the ui is locked? And this is only for blank icons/shortcuts is what I am talking about.
Does this make sense? Or should I post a Screenshot?

Other Plugins are...
LOTRO Alerts, Align, BuffBars, Palantir, Travel, VitalBars and Manager. (I wouldn't think any of those would be confilicting with BB on HP and PP ?? )

VitalsBars was the problem. You always needed to load it first to make it work nicely with other plugins that used the same functions. Unfortunately Manager doesn't allow you to load plugins in a certain order, but a plugin loader called Bootstrap does, and I highly recommend using it. I've been using VitalBars for a while without any problems with BevyoBars.
But I see MrJackdaw fixed VitalBars so that problem should be taken care of. Many thanks MrJackdaw!

Sorry for my involuntary fist-pump. I predicted vital bars! I agree that it is a real shame Vital bars doesn't work properly any more.
However I have... a solution!
Try loading bevy after Vital bars as this may fix the problem. Vitalbars sometimes overwrites other plugins settings.
EDIT:
I think I have traced the issue and have programmed a fixed version of the lua file in VitalBars that is causing the problem. I will upload to the forum.

Won't let me. I will have to upload it as an addon for VitalBars.

Is now uploaded and waiting for an OK from admins... Hope it works for you.

Answered my own question... Unloaded Palantir and VitalBars... Works without them... Reloaded Palantir and still works. Reloade VitalBars and its gone. We really, really like VitalBars but the author is AWOL. /cry

So I have Palantir and VitalBars both loaded and monitoring Health and Power and have my Default Character Portrait made very small via my skin so its not showing health or power. Could any of these things be affecting it?

No need to apologize... So very odd of an issue...
Just deleted them and recreated them... Still not working...

Created 2 Bars. 1 called Morale and 1 called Power. Set the Thesholds on both to 50% (tried 30% too). Add potions to the bars. And go lose power or health... No Bars pop up.

Update coming after I playtest a few other features.
Found the source of the second bug - Lua is case sensitive and I had one Label and one label...
The first; I am not having any issues. Could you tell me how you produced the error?

Also noticed that the LPM works if you are low on Power or Morale and you Unlock and Relock your UI.
