OK total Noob here, but have a couple of Questions about this plugin.
1.) Is there anyway to see the notes and add possible notes you have made in-game when you are logged out?
2.)And can you add an image to the image file while not logged in? And if so, what would the size to save be?
Handy plugin and thank you for your time in making this Chiran ![Smile](//www.lotrointerface.com/images/style_mmoi_lotroi/smilies/smile.gif)

Thanks ![Smile](//www.lotrointerface.com/images/style_mmoi_lotroi/smilies/smile.gif) .
1) Notes are saved to a file called LotropadData.plugindata at your Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\PluginData\<lotrouser>\AllServers\ folder. You can view and also edit the file with Notepad if you like. However, make sure that you keep the general syntax and format as it is or else Lotropad might not start ok.
2) Yes, same here. You can just copy the file to Lotropad\images\ directory and add the filename with Notepad to LotropadData.plugindata file. Size can be anything you like really (less than your window resolution in any case), but the plugin cannot stretch it to fit the window. Also, only jpg and tga images work.

Erm, the plugin doesn't work, somehow. I can use the help via chat command, so guess that the plugin is somewhere in the background, but when I use "show" and/or "toggle" nothing happens. Is this the current PluginDate-problem with the EU clients?

Hm, not sure yet what the problem is. Does it output any error to standard chat? Are you using a German or French client?

Nothing happens. No window, no response. I'm running the German client. Will try with the Bullroarer Client tomorrow to make sure, that it is a problem with the client (or to find out that it is not).

It's probably the German client. I know there's an issue with saving decimal values in plugindata. Could be related to that. It's just hard for me to test it, but I'll see what I can do.
If you replace the plugin file with this, does it work better?

Ok, it's clearly the German Client or European Problem. Your test file didn't change anything, but your plugin works fine, when I change the Windows settings concerning the handling of decimals to fit the US standard. And I like it, great plugin ![Smile](//www.lotrointerface.com/images/style_mmoi_lotroi/smilies/smile.gif)

Ok good to know. ![Smile](//www.lotrointerface.com/images/style_mmoi_lotroi/smilies/smile.gif) I will have to try if I can make it work without users having to change anything.

Let's hope that Turbine will find a solution before you have to. Actually it seems simple. They have just to make sure, that the plugins will always use periods to write decimals and not the system default which can be a comma instead.

I tried to get the same issue by changing my number/regional settings to German. Wasn't quite simple as that though as everything still worked.
Edit: And I also put "0,9" opacity in the data file and convert it to 0.9 after loading. That works too.

Oh, you cannot simply switch the language or the region I'm afraid. Actually you don't even have to. Just open the additional settings and change the setting for the "decimal delimter" to "comma" and the setting for the "numeric delimiter" to "period". It's first and the third setting in this option panel.
Unfortunately I don't know the English labels. I hope that you can guess the settings I'm talking about.

Hm yes, I did check the additional settings and decimal symbol is ',' for my normal locale as well. The digit grouping symbol (3rd) was empty but I changed that to '.'. The last setting is 'Use national digits' and I changed that from Never to National. Still no go, why can't it fail hehe. Might be also related to Windows version (W7 here).

Is there a way to add more buttons (10 isn't enough for me ![Big Grin](//www.lotrointerface.com/images/style_mmoi_lotroi/smilies/biggrin.gif) )? Maybe an "Add Button" button or something like that? If i get it right, information is saved on server basis. Could it be possible to make this account based for us multi account users?
This a great plugin, I hope you keep working on it.
