I think I fixed the issue getting this to load on creep side. It won't have any Easy-Bars defined, but it should load.

Issues?
Why am I not hearing about any real issues with Inventory Bars. I refuse to believe that the current implementation has nothing wrong... Sound off people! What are you all seeing?

Um, no problems here. Though it stills bugs me when some elements remain on screen after hitting F12

Well, now that you reminded me. I went back and checked my inventory bars. and. . . I can't access them. They still function and I can still create new ones. I just cannot access the old ones. The drop down, doesn't. and when I create a new inventory bar, it has 2 see through spaces then the number of the new bar.
I'm not sure if this is an issue with the plugin or my connection as I'm running the only connection available to me out here and thats cellular. I'll submit a ticket as well.

Ok, I'll bite.
I have one inventory bar triggering on the "Potion" type, and it didn't add a potion (the level 65 wound pot, iirc) that I bought at a vendor.
There you have it!

I'm just messing with Inventor Bars today, will report back in a while.
I'd like to mention however, that I agree with a previous poster about the bars showing up when you hit F12. My symptoms are different actually but I suspect it stems from a similar issue.
When I go Ctrl \ to configure the UI placement of windows, your bars don't show up. Where I don't mind this in general, I wonder if maybe you could make it an option to be a UI managed floating bar or not?
The reason I ask is when I toggle Full Screen to Windowed mode, the panels tend to get out of place by quite a bit. I share my time between both enough that leaving the bars in proper position for one mode or the other isn't really convenient, but I switch so frequently that I don't bother correcting the bar locations.
Anyways. I leave that with you.

From now on, if you include the DragBars plugin in your plugins with TonicBars, you'll be able to move TonicBars through the ctrl+\ command OR the TB interface.

What are you still seeing, I thought I fixed all that in the v2.4 offical release. If you are still seeing things, let me know.
Everyone, make sure you deleted your /Tonic directory before installing v2.4.

Well, sadly, the feature is not complete yet. I got it working last night and am re-working my entire Tab concept to add identications for each bar. The re-work will make the support for DragBars work more fluidly. The entire concept is much needed I think.
When it gets pushed, you can drop the /Deusdictum folder directly into your /the lord of the rings online/plugins/Deusdictum and you'll be good to go.

Ah, understood. Looking forward to the update.
Used the Item Panel all weekend.. The only issue I have is that if you have more than 1 stack of an item (For instance 54 Fire Oils) You end up with 2 icons for the same thing, since there are 2 in the inventory. Where that makes sense from a logical perspective, functionally it's less appealing.

So, remove duplicates of the same name? The only issue is, I'm not sure I can determine how many items are in a stack. So, I would just through the first one up or something. Worth thought, maybe not something I'll change right away, but maybe eventaully. Writeup a ticket on it if you could. Thanks!
