Thank you for fixing the performance issues. I've been scratching my head why I'd been getting a mass of pausing in the game. I was on the verge of doing a debug by removing all plugins and putting them back one at a time when your change came out .... and saved me the trouble.
Top work!
One request. I love the cycling extension (on mouseover), but would it be possible to add a cycle on click option as well.

Good News everyone!!!
From: BullRoarer Patch Notes
Quickslot now has IsUseOnRightClick, SetUseOnRightClick methods.
Quickslot no longer overwrites the 1st quickslot in the user's toolbar.
Quickslots no longer crashes when stacks go to 0.
** So, all that we need to do is wait for the next update and a few bones will be tossed our way.

That's great to hear, I knew I cut down on a lot of unnecessary overhead, but never really saw the performance problems myself (and when I did, I couldn't reproduce), so that's great to hear!
Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the info, its nice to know what the heck was going on lol. It wont be an issue just to move everything up 1 and remap.
Keep up the epic work!
Edit: Oh and I also wanted to add that the new version you just released has really helped performance. I have found that sometimes tonic bars hurt my overall performance a bit but I upgraded to the new 1.4 and there has been a huge noticeable difference in game smoothness.

Unfortunately I do. This is a known issue with Turbines LUA API implementation. The 1st quickslot of the 1st bar can be overridden and act funny. This is out of the control of the Plugins using their API. At this time, there is nothing I can do to help you, other than to suggest using a different quickslot until this is addressed.

Thanks for creating this plugin, I have pretty much replaced all the standard bars with the tonic bars.
I do seem to be running into a random problem though, I have yet to be able to track down how or why this is happening. Sometimes when I use a consumable item that is located on a tonic bar, it replaces or removes my first skill on the standard lotro bar on the bottom of the screen. There has been times when it completely freezes up the first slot of the main skill bar and I cant even add a skill to that slot.
This happens about once a day so its not too serious but I have almost died a few times because my skill in the first slot wont work. Any ideas?

Re: Suggestion
Thank you very much for your praise. I wish I could help with the Right Click on skills, but Turbine didn't provide us with a way to do this. If they do, I'll be sure to support it.
(I'm still praying for keybinding support. That would finally allow me to eliminate the base bars completely.)
As to more plugins, we'll see. I have a few ideas in mind, but haven't started on anything. I want to get this one to a good place and then I'll move on!

Suggestion
Just one thing I would like to suggest for this plugin. When you right-click and try to use a skill, nothing happens. I was wondering if you could have right clicks use the skill you are clicking on. My left mouse button isn't as reliable as I would like, and I've fallen into the habit of clicking with the right button on skills instead of the left.
That is seriously my only complaint with this plugin, now that it hides with f12.
Thanks for making this, and I hope to see more plugins made by you in the future!

Re: Love this plugin!
Tinidril - Thanks for the bug report!
1) I knew about the green left-overs on bar removal, but this is a complicated problem and correcting it has proven to be elusive. Some have suggested that it has to do with the underlying API, so, I'm not sure exactly when that will be correctly addressed. In the mean-time I'm going to make them invisible when we remove them.
2) This is a more complicated issue than you might think. Every time a shortcut is dropped, I try to go out and save the contents. Heres the thing, what you might think of as a simple write doesn't occur like you'd assume. Turbine was seeing too many writes to disk, and it was impacting performance, so, they introduced a delayed save. The more writes occuring quickly, the longer it might take to save your contents. What this means to you? When you are manipulating quickslots, I'm trying to save every time you change that quickslot. But that goes down not as a single write, but as multiple, so, this gets queued up and can take 20+ seconds to actually save.
There are some workarounds and improvements I might be able to make and I'm looking into them now. I'm surprised you saw a difference on the Extension, vs standard bars. They are the same code used in both places. I'm going to have to look into this more.
Thanks again for the report, hope this helps some!

Love this plugin!
Thank you NuclearTonic for a great addition to the game! I am so glad to get my warden's travel skills tidied up and to be able to make as many emote buttons as I want!
I've been experiencing two bugs:
While figuring out how to get an extension in place I ended up creating too many and figured out how to select and delete the extras... but when I closed the main menu a phantom green bar in the original location of one of those deleted extensions persisted on the screen. This happened twice for the same reason (not *all* the deleted extensions did this though). Unloading the plugin and reloading it cleared the phantom green bars... however when the new quickslot bars loaded back they were empty! The extensions still had their skills and buttons, but the quickbars they were attached to were empty. I had to reload the skills and recreate the missing emote buttons I had on the actual quick slots. Are the contents of my new bars not saved until I close the game?
Edit: I've confirmed that the contents of the actual bars (not the extensions) are not saved unless you log out. If you unload your plugins, or suddenly loose connection to the game or your client crashes, then it is not saved.
A manual "Save Settings" button would be helpful for those times when you know you're going to shut it down and don't want to lose the contents of your bars. It could also prevent loss of recent changes if we could manually save before closing the plugin window.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Problem
Still no luck. I got a different message last night. I'll copy it and post it here next time i play. I think it ended with something like unable to unpack 6: tonicbars.unistls or something like that. I'll get what it definitely said later

Re: Re: Re: Re: Problem
I'll try reinstalling it. hopefully that works! This plugin would be really helpful for my Warden and hunter's mounts, ports, stances etc.

Re: Re: Re: Problem
From what I can tell, it appears that something isn't installed correctly. Either all of the files haven't been extracted properly, or they are placed in the wrong location.
The client can find the plugin but can't find the SettingsManager file. As I haven't heard of this problem from others, and I can download it, extract it and have it function correctly, I'm not sure what else to check.
