Chalk this up to being late and tired. I finally found a way to fix my problem. I had to use get into Kragenbars Setup utility and under GENERAL tick the LOCK box. While there I then selected the "CTRL-\" to edit where the bars were. I noticed all the boxes were outlined. Having an "idea" . . I tried dragging one of my missing ICONS into one of the boxes where it was supposed to be. It worked. Did it for the other one, unselected the "CTRL-\", unlocked the bars . . and finally hit ACCEPT. Now I have my icons back.
Sheesh. I would have rather been gaming . . . . but to get this tool working again was worth it!

Glad you found a solution (and can get back to gaming). I will see if I can figure out why it may have happened in the first place. Thanks.

There may have been some issues with converting your burglar's settings from the old settings file. I would recommend going into Documents/Lord of The Rings Online/Plugindata/ACCOUNTNAME/SERVER/CHARACTER and deleting the file named "KragenBarsSettings.plugindata". This must be done with the plugin unloaded. Once that is done load the plugin and you should be fixed.

KB Burglar slots do not populate
Howdy! First off let me say I love the kragen bars!
The new 4 version works great on my guardian but for some reason on my burglar most of the slots were not populated after the upgrade. The critical hit portion is there but nothing else is. Perhaps I am just missing some key part of the upgrade process?

If it would work from when you click the banner that actually might be fine.
In the circumstances you described:
1) Banner didn't drop because your click equiped it, rather than planting it.
2) There wasn't enough power to plant a banner when you clicked it.
In both of these situations, before the timer is up I will have actually placed a banner and a new timer, now correctly connected to the planting of a banner, will start.
The timer is 5 min I think (might be 7 - needs confirmation)
The only time I can think of in which that timer will run out after clicking a banner and not placing one would be if I was standing aroud talking - not in combat - and was swapping back from a musical instrument to my banner or something.
*In that case it wouldn't matter if a warning popped up that my banner was about to expire, despite not having planted one.
I would much rather have the rare false warning like this, than not have any warning the 99% of the time my banner was actually about to expire.

Buff wise we can't tell the difference between you placing a banner or another captain placing a banner, or you leaving the aura of a banner and re-entering it. The other way is to go by on click on the slot, but then it will fire (and timer will start) regardless if the banner actually dropped. So if you didnt have the power or you didnt have that banner equipped yet, it would still fire. Basically we have no way to hook into when you drop the banner to begin the timer. I will play with it and see if I can use a combination of the 2 to accurately guess when you drop the banner.

I don't know the mechanic for how this works from the server side of things, but there defnitely is a timer that starts every time you place a banner, from the moment you place it. They expire/disappear consistently after the same amount of time elapses from when you placed it, so there must be a timer counting down. Just not sure how you get access to that timer.

The issue with the banner is we have no way of knowing when you place it. We can make educated guesses, but we can never know for sure. I will try some of the educated guess options and see how reliable it is.

Still loving this plugin! One of my favorites by far : )
I was wondering if this is something that could be added - it's been bothering me for a very long time:
An early warning for when our Banners are going to expire!
With IDoME, Motivating Speech, and Tactic buffs, there is an icon in our buff bar showing how long until these expire, so even without the very nice help of this plugin, at least you have a way to know when you need to re-apply before something expires.
With our Banners, there's no warning : P
They do have a timer though. They last 5 min from when you place them I think. I'd have to double check - it might be 7min. But it's consistent, every single time.
Though there isn't a tooltip in the buff bar, so this might not have a direct way to link to a visible timer, I was wondering if the plugin could just start it's own timer from the moment we place a banner, and warn us before the Banner expires?

If you need to remove an item from your KragenBars you can hold Alt while dragging it off your bars (assuming the option lock slots isnt selected in setup). Also the lock quickslots in Turbines settings will not lock your KragenBars, you need to use lock slots in the KragenBars setup window.
The other thing is the parry reactive bar is locked from editing. So I don't know how you are getting items in it, so it could possibly be a bug. If you have any more details that would be great.

Nice plugin! the only problem i'm experiencing it's when by mistake i put something in a button bar..for example i want to trash an item from the bags by moving it out and it gets inside the parry reaction bar...i don't know how to move it out of it and in this cases the only solution i found was delete all and reinstall the plugin, am I missing something? is there an option to delete it and prevent that from happening? lock quickslot seems to do nothing for me...thanks

Glad you enjoy it. We still have some ideas. What you can expect in the next major version is basically more of what you seen in this one. More ability to customize your bars, less restrictions and more bar based functionality. We also have some ideas for more functionality on the slot level.

Hello GUys,
Just got back after some time and had a pleasure to test the new version of the plugin.
I am your loyal user since ages and I must say: GREAT JOB, Guys!
Huge step forward in everything, love the new functionality of extended custom skillbars (I resigned from using KragenSlots as now I can get all bars sorted by KragenBars) and function to show them in- and out-of-combat.
Now, it is so easy to arrange them on the screen, as they are being displayed during setup window is open and the respective bar can be moved as the person wishes. The little, clickable icon is mmm no need for shortcut with setup anymore
Thank you so much for this. Was trying to fill the suggestions form, like after every update, but run out of ideas

Thanks for the catch. A fix should be posted soon tomorrow. If you don't want to wait, one thing that should solve the issue is wipe your settings file at Documents/Lord of The Rings Online/PluginData/ACCOUNT/SERVER/CHARACTER/KragenBarsSettings.plugindata Tho this will remove all your settings in KragenBars.
