I have been reloading with every new version that comes up and I am still getting this error with my burglar bars. Its the only one that isnt working, and i love these bars for my burg!

BTW What god must I sacrifice to in order to convince you great people to work with the bevy o bars author to add icon resizing to these? My poor old eyes cant take much more of this.

Not sure, I ended up wiping the kragen plugins folder and reinstalling before hitting on the solution of wiping the KragenBarsSettings.plugindata files.

Sounds like something was causing the actual KragenBars module to not load. Were there other errors before the Main.lua:214 error? What version was your settings file? v3.22?

This error should be resolved in version 4.11.


Awesome idea. Currently we are revamping some of our base code to allow a lot more features. This is one of the things that will be easily doable once that is complete. Look for it in the future.

Problem resolved. Needed to go and delete the KragenBarsSettings.plugindata file from each of my characters plugindata folder

Cannot load 4.10. Multiple errors.

On clean install this is the start up error:

Online\Plugins\KragenPlugs\KragenBars\Main.lua:214 : attempt to index global 'KragenBars' (a nil value)

This is trying to use /kragenbars reset and Refresh:

Online\Plugins\KragenPlugs\KragenBars\Main.lua:220 : attempt to index global 'KragenBars' (a nil value)

I've been getting a few errors here and there. I ended up deleting my settings because I think I broke something and it wouldn't load anymore, but today I got this error:

"Plugins\KragenPlugs\KragenBars\ClassBar.lua:5 10: Invaild member function call."

I had changed the setting for Stance Priority on my champ, and hit the accept button when that error appeared, but when I hit Accept again it worked.

Also, a feature I'd like to see added now that we can customize the size of the bars and add new ones, is the ability to make a multislot with custom skills/items in it, sort of like combining KragenSlots and KragenBars...

It looks like a settings update issue. I would need more of the error message to track it down. It should list the file and line that the error is happening. I think I may have an idea what it is. I will see if I can get a fix for it tomorrow.

Other than that deleting your settings file under Documents/Lord of The Rings Online/ACCOUNT/SERVER/CHARACTERNAME will solve the issue (though you will lose your settings).

We are using the English client and the latest versions of KB and KS. As long as we insure there is no oil on the bows prior to logging out and we load KB before applying oils it is playable with only one error message whenever you apply or reapply oils. It is only when you log with oil on the bow that you will get spammed with errors the next time you apply the oil.

If you wish or need I can supply error messages.

RE: Hunter Oil Errors: I'll have to take a look at that; hadn't noticed that behavior before. For my troubleshooting, are you using the English, French, German client? What version of KB are you using?

- I will let Kragenwar address the Guardian (likely related to your data file; if you delete your data file it may address your problem). However, the problem with your hunter when you reverted to 3.22a is that there was a significant change in settings saving in the data file going to v4. Because of this, it is impossible to revert to a previous version without deleting your data file.

I had planned to get the Mini and Hunter updated for today's patch over this last weekend; however, they shut down Bullroarer on me so I wasn't able to log in and verify the changes. I will do my best to take care of both of those classes tonight and get the update pushed here. I believe Kragenwar already updated Burglar in our working copy; so once I update Mini and Hunter I can publish those changes.
