Bugfix being uploaded.

There was a bug in the new Custom Categories feature. Still no documentation for this feature sorry!

EDIT: Basic Documentation done. If anyone is reading this can you recommend some freeware I could use to record a how-to-use video?

EDIT: Just noticed a bug with the counter - it goes wrong if you swop items within your bag. Investigating...

Hello MrJackdaw!

I just downloaded Sortpack lastest version. I'm using Lotro auto loader and selected Sortpack loader. The icon loads and I can right-click for option, but when I try to sort the inventory I get this error message:

...Online\Plugins\JackdawPlugins\SortPack\Function s.lua:86: attempt to perform arithmetic on global 'CatWeight' (a nil value)

Am I doing anything wrong? It worked just fine up until update 5.

Oh also:
Summerdays Fireworks has not been given category text by Turbine. Dammit. It's number is 205 Please inform MrJackdaw!

As it states in the plugin description - you need to download the turbine code and dragbar.
Decided to move it to the comments so that the description doesn't become overwhelming.

Bug Detected!

Rescaled button not working... very odd... Looking into it guys!

If you unload and the load the plugin it works fine, so something odd is happening. Indeed - if you wait until you have logged in before loading the plugin it works fine.

Bug fixed now - was very annoying. New version uploaded today, and includes the custom item category feature. I haven't the time to do documentation at the moment, what with all the other grief...

I have been working on Custom Item Categories and it is nearly ready... Works for me at the moment, but I will play test for a day or seven before releasing.

One problem - documentation is not my strong point.

Yeah I saw that but wasnt able to use it. But it turns out you have to move the mouse much more to the side then you'd think before anything happens.
I had to move the mouse about twice as much as I thought before it resized itself.
Great work though, the alt version (change label) works as I feel it would, but the normal one feels a bit off.

Keep up the good work, this will be my new inventory.

Is there anyway to resize the sortbagwindow?
Mine is stuck at only 3 items wide. And Id like it to be atleaste 5 items wide.

New feature, an on-screen resizeable counter, has been added, along with minor bugfixes and removing some unnecessary code.

I wonder if this will help with the horse bug?

I am currently looking at how items are sorted within the groups in SortBag as these don't coincide properly with the /sort command. I am also looking at custom user categories, but this would be much harder - and something I would really, really like to make easily shared. As with anything, that makes it a toughy.

No way, currently, of creating a crash log.

Wish I could reproduce it here. I am resisting the urge to ask for your address so I can come over and have a look at the problem, but given you could be 1000's of miles away from me it might not be a good idea!

It seems to be LocalPlayer that is causing the problem. I have to use this to access the backpack (or indeed all sorts of things in Bevy). No choice here, no LocalPlayer no plugin.

However, that may not be the case!

Could you try LotroAlerts and see if the same problem happens with that? Garan is a much more clued in person than myself - as can be seen from his threads on the forums - and new evidence may really help them nail their problem. In succeeding in that I can steal the fix of course
