In all honesty your method works just the way I'd like it too... I can click through the vitals 99% of the time but if I need to access the options menu I can unlock the UI and right click to get to the options menu.
The only reason I like it this way is because I have my VitalBars almost dead center of my screen and it always gets in the way when I'm trying to pan or click on something (even though when I'm out of combat I have the actual bars hidden the window is still there). This is why I love your BevyoBars so much - when the button is invisible (such as in-combat only buttons when you are out of combat), the button is literally not there (or at least, your mouse can click behind it).
The only reason I suggested adding the right click Context Menu (which I believe is the LUA document name for the menu - the one you get by right clicking on your character portrait next to your normal in game vitals, that contains the Leave Instance, Convert to Raid, Loot Rules, and other options) and a chat command to open the Options Menu was because I thought others would enjoy having those, but to be honest I don't really need them. I have my vitals removed but I still have the actual portrait which I use to get to that menu, and now I can still access the menu by unlocking the UI. I could see how it would be a problem to add the context menu since the window is now mouse-invisible so I'm not sure how you would be able to know if they want that menu up or if they are just right clicking (to pan the camera around or something).
Either way, thank you for adding that, I was about to go into the files again and change the line of code so it was invisible again, but I checked here really quickly and saw that you updated it. Thank you very much and keep up the great work!
Edit: I guess the only thing the VitalBars is missing that I actually could use would be the new temp morale/power stuff they added with ROI, and that are now part of the LUA API. VitalBars currently doesn't track this so it'd be nice to see it.
2nd Edit: It seems I misread what the menu they added was. It seems it's the menu you get when you select yourself and then right click on your "selected target" vitals (which in this case is you), not your actual vitals. This menu doesn't have access to the Loot Rules and the Raid Convert that the one I was thinking of.
To be honest I'm giving your VBars a second look (the first time I use VBar was probably when you first released it and VitalBars had a lot more stuff to it that I needed so I went with VitalBars) but now VBars has a lot of the options I could use and an active developer so I might make the switch... will have to test it out when I level up my minstrel.
Either way, great work and thanks!
