Hiding non relevant bars during mounted combat

Hi,
Is there any plans to be able to detect mounted combat and hide bars accordingly, or can this be done already and I am maybe being a bit of a dunce in configuring things? I currently use Tonic Bars and that does support mounted combat, though there is a bug and the plugin does not seem to be maintained, so I thought I would give this a go as its seems to be being updated

Hunters, add Guide to Forlaw

Edit HuntersBars.lua and find the line that says

self.multi["PortsSlot"]:AddShortCut( "GuidetoSnowburn", 80, "0x7003198E" );

after that line add this one

self.multi["PortsSlot"]:AddShortCut( "GuidetoForlaw", 85, "0x70036B5D" );

You will now have guide to forlaw in your guide list

I don't know... I haven't played the beta yet, and paused playing for about 8 months now.

If anyone wants to continue the plugin, give me a sign...

Oh these are sad news I wish your interest in lotro rekindles soon, so we can still enjoy this great plugin. Will be hard to play my guard without all nice bars
Regardless, thank you for all your great work!

Anyone know if this mod is still functioning correctly with LotRO? Likely this is on my end, but thought I would confirm the mod is functioning correctly before I touch anything. I tried uninstalling and then re-installing (via Lotro Plugin Compendium), but no luck.

I keep getting something about a missing parameter or something ("a nil value") but the exact error location changes depending on the character's class.

I haven't updated this plugin for over a year now. Still not playing LotRo...

If anyone like to continue the work, give me a hint. I will receive your post as an email.

Best regards,
Lumbra

re: Updating

This is reaching back some in time, so some of this may have changed...

After some investigation into trying to repair the Champion skills back in November, I'd determined that Turbine added some events with no way to track them in LUA. Changing traits, for example, didn't seem to trigger any event that could be handled by the plugin, so changing traits (and thus changing *nearly every single Champion skill*) invalidated shortcuts and did not provide a method by which they could be updated... short of reloading the plugin entirely.

On top of that, asset IDs changed where they didn't need to change, skill IDs changed where they didn't need to change... it would probably be faster to write new plugins from scratch than deal with the changes.

Stupid Turbine decisions like this are, I believe, why most plugin authors have abandoned the game entirely.
