Try using the command "/cr check" and if that works then try the find again.

There appears to be some problem with your CookingRef_User file.
If the preceding doesn't work, rename the file <Lotro dir>/PluginData/<account>/<server>/AllCharacters/CookingRef_User.plugindata and then log into your character and see if you get an error. This file keeps track of your known recipes and will be recreated if it is not found.

My level 150 cook finally achieved Apprentice standing with the Umbari Cook's Guild, so I can now add most of the remaining Umbari recipes. I only lack the 3 Fortifying recipes which require Journeyman standing (and it will be a while before I achieve that).

Looking over the food stat values, I found that most were either out of date or hadn't been added. So I reviewed all of the consumable items and corrected the stat values. I also added the odd cooking recipe for a Word of Craft.

I've added a /cru command that finds the recipes that can be cooked using only the ingredients in inventory and vendor ingredients.

Also, the common Help interface has been updated and I didn't see any new recipes in Lotro update 40.

My level 150 cook finally achieved Journeyman in the Umbar Cook's Guild and was able to learn the last of the Umbar guild recipes. I also added the new Umbar-mokh oven locations that are part of Lotro Update 40.

This should finish work on this plugin until something new happens.
..now back to work on my new Fishing Log plugin.
