I submitted an update to TravelWindow that includes the U16 travel skills -it is awaiting approval by the admins. The release was not tested extensively as I have not unlocked the skills myself yet.
Please let me know about any bugs or translation errors.

I'm seeing something odd, a bug. I'm not exactly sure what old version number I had previously installed, but it was listed as "Travel", I think (I ran into the "enable it as Travel Window" issue). Then I updated to your most recent version 16.0.1 via LotRO Plugin Compendium.
After selecting a character and clicking on the Enter Middle-earth button of the LotRO UI, the normal loading screen & tip appear. Before the loading is completed, I see Travel Window's right-click pop-up menu appear wherever the mouse happens to be situated at the time. Right clicking again, anywhere, will cause the menu to disappear. Whether or not the menu is displayed, the game loads correctly (ie, no hangs, BSODs, CTDs, etc).
The menu display doesn't seem to be adversely affecting the game in any way - it just appears too early.
I do have several plugins installed although only 4 are normally running (Bootstrap, TitanBar, LotroPad, Palantir II). Others are rarely loaded, generally only as they're needed via Bootstrap.

I can give it a look, sure. In the meantime, have you noticed that the options are also available in the plugin manager window? Each plugin in the list has an options tab there, some plugins utilize it. For Travel Window this tab provides exactly the same options the separate options window provides and the plugin manager window is resizeable.
It would also help if you can provide me with the resolution you are playing in and whether you tried deleting the plugindata file for TravelWindow.

Might I request a resize option or standard options size? For quite some time, right clicking on options brings up a menu I cannot move or resize - extending from "above" the top of my screen to "below" it and it's impossible to view or click on the tabs to get to the different options. I miss that feature and for me, it's unusable.

Re: Re: Problem with Beoring
After some testing, it seems to me something went wrong during installation on your side. Can you make sure the plugin was installed correctly? I highly suggest using Plugin Compendium for managing plugins.

Love the plugin an use it on a few chars. Sadly on my Beorning it wont load. Tried the new one (16.0.1.zip)
...s Online\Plugins\DhorPlugins\Travel\TravelWindow.lua :316: attempt to index field 'Travel Window' (a nil value)
Is there a new "Race" or "Class" setting it should be picking up?

I do not experience the error on any character, whether Beorning or any other class.
Looking at the code it should work either for all of them or none. I need some additional data - what language are you playing in? And have you installed manually (I assume you did as you downloaded the zip) or with Plugin Compendium? I suggest reinstalling, and making sure all relevant files are overwritten. Best way would be to delete the plugin folder and install anew, you settings are kept somewhere else so they will not be lost if you do this.
I will experiment a bit if I can reproduce the error.

I just realized that the note cannot be seen if someone installs/updates via Plugin Compendium. But there is not a lot I can do about it. Anyone have an idea?

Re: bug in 16.0.1 ?
Quote:
Just updated 16.0.1 via LPC -- and it got "lost."
I.e. the Turbine Plugin Manager did not load it -- checking the Plugin Manager, it was no longer "load for all characters," but back to the default of "none."
|
This was mentioned in the description above, see the second line:
Quote:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure the plugin is marked as active in the plugin manager. I renamed it internally from Travel to Travel Window; one side effect is that you have set it to active in the manager.
|
But I will update it to be shown in red or something similar.
