I am playing the English version, and I installed it correctly, and I deleted the old settings file.
But: When I open up the TravelWindow-15.0.zip and look at the lua files, I see that the TravelWindow.lua has the date of 21. Ocotber 2012 - so it wasn't changed at all - and the error occurs in this file, probably in the part where the race variable is used ...

That looks like exactly the bug fixed by my patch. Are you sure you have downloaded and installed right? PluginCompendium cannot install patches, for example.

Also you could try backing up your settings file (path see above in the install instructions) for the Beorning and then removing it from the directory, so the plugin can recreate it anew.

And mentioning the language you play in would help, too.

It seems to me even the U13 skills are not translated for the Russian client?

Russian translations will be done when our servers will be updated to U15.
Now we have an U13 on our servers.
