Hello

I've answered this question about 20 times, this is why it is included in this page's FAQ :

How can I restore the fullscreen map ?
Use a text editor software (as Windows notepad) to open the skindefinition.xml file located in the folder of the theme you want to tweak, then look for these lines (you can use Control F) and delete them :

<PanelFile ID="ID_UISkin_MapPanel">
<Element ID="MapBackground" X="0" Y="0" Width="1024" Height="768"> </Element>
</PanelFile>

If you don't want to reduce the resolution of your monitor displaying Lotro, I have no other solution/advice to help you.
The Lotro UI was developed to be compliant with 1024x768 resolution monitors and was not designed to be dynamic to fit very high screen resolutions.

Is there an easy way to use the attunement panel look from a different skin?
I still prefer "Durin's Folk short black", but I'd like the attunement panel from the JRR A-D skins.

Hello, are you talking about the big runekeeper's attunement bar ?

Here is a simple way to display the big RK's attunement bar from JRR A skin into a Durin's folk theme :

- Open the skindefinition.xml located into the durin's folk theme folder you want to patch, use a text editor for this, as notepad.

- Near the top of the file, behind the line beginning with " <SkinName Name="JRR Durin's Folk " insert these lines then save the file :

I'm having issues with the download. I just built a new PC and spent a lot of money on it, so it should be very capable. However, when I try to unzip the folder, it will extract, but then it'll just sit there and load until the "status" in the file explorer has an "x". I downloaded it to the right spot, based on the instructions. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.

I should also mention that I was able to successfully download it onto my laptop the other day. So I'm fairly confident that I'm doing it right.

I have on question. Since the 13th anniversary happened and we got the 13th year Character Portrait frame, the skins don't seem to got updated with it.

So when I use the 13th year frame, it just turns into a basic one. It is not a big deal since I can use the 12th year frame for the custom but I wanted to ask if it will get update.

Hi, the fact is that redesigning anniversary portrait for so many themes is a very long and unpleasant task.
So I just don't have the courage to tackle it

That option isn't there. I can save image as, but then it's just saving the button image. I've never had this issue on lotrointerface before. its really weird.

I downloaded the skins 10 times....
I installed the skins 10 times...
i tried everythin but nothin works....im very tilted.Grey boxes everywhere i cant do smth..I logged in again, i closed the game and opened it again but nothin

Hi Adra,

Thank you for your continued work on this compendium. How many years in the making now?

I absolutely love JappMe Short, but there's one thing that doesn't seem to work; 'Gambit combo name removal' No matter what values I give to X or Y, it's always there (Default Gambit, Quick Thrust, ...).
