Added a few options to MrJackdaw's MyUi.
Like MrJackdaw's the code is included so fell free to take it apart and tweak any way you want

To install unzip to your "~Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\ui\skins\MyUi" It needs to be in the "MyUi" folder to work correctly
Running the builder will create the SkinDefinition.xml file with your chosen options

- I created an icon for this some time ago and forgot to put it in the notes now I don't remember what version it was added in but it now has one (if I find time I'll look at the old builds and move this note to the correct version)

* only change in compression Beta 6 was not decompressing using XP x32 built in unziper (worked in all tested 3ed party zip tools and when tested in vista and XP x64 built in unziper)

* Changed build environment in hopes of increasing compatibility (instead of 3.5 the builder now uses .net 2 witch can be made to install in some versions of Wine)
* Began testing builds in XP sp3 before uploading! (half the builds were not working in XP)
