This plugin simply displays your heading.
Due to limitations of the Lua API, the compass does not automatically update as you move so you have to left click the display to refresh it.
The display is initially in the center of the screen and can be moved using the standard LotRO Ctrl+\ feature.
There is a simple animation for the refresh, displaying a compass with needle that can be disabled (it gets annoying after a few times) by right clicking on the display. You can also change the font and color by opening the Options window by right clicking on the display.
Version History:
Version 1.1
Fixed animation location bug
Added support for FR/DE languages
Added option to keep needle centered in animation (turns compass instead of needle)
Increased size of animated compass and added N/S/E/W indicators (necessary for centered needle option)
Improved trimming of display once refreshed to minimize impact on screen space
Version 1.0
Initial release

Thank you for your response
still suggest, couldn't you report the possibility that the compass is still visible?

how to display the compass so that it remains visible as you have it in the picture?
I still have only coordinates there
other thing pises that it can be moved using the standard LotRO Ctrl + \ function but it doesn't work for me, this shortcut is set to unlock ui by default

The "compass" was never intended to stay on screen all the time, it only displays when the heading is clicked to refresh it (if the 'Animate' option is checked). Right click on the heading and verify that the Animate option is checked, then when you left click the heading to refresh it, it will show a pop-up compass, simulating a person checking their compass to get a bearing. Note, since the heading is only valid when manually refreshed due to limitations of the API, it would be a waste of screen space to keep the compass displayed all the time.
Unlocking the UI will cause a drag bar to display on the heading the same as the built-in UI elements - just unlock the UI (that's what the "standard Lotro Ctrl+\ function" is) and then drag the heading by left dragging the drag bar at the top left of the heading label the same as any built-in UI element.

From Lunarwtr's page about the compendium:

If a plugin is just released on lotrointerface, there is a window of time that it needs to be reviewed by lotrointerface staff for approval. If you attempt to install the plugin while its waiting for approval, it will download a corrupt zip file. Since LPC attempts to reuse cached zip files to minimize bandwidth usage, this leads to a problem that isn't self corrected. You will need to manually delete the corrupt zip file. In LPC on the configuration panel is a Plugin Cache textbox. This is the path the zip files get downloaded to. Copy and paste that location into windows file explorer. Then find the zip file and delete. So sorry for this bug. I know it is confusing, and I will see what I can do to get this fixed.

You're welcome.
The zip file already has the necessary plugincompendium file, it will just take Lunarwater a little time to add it to her favorites feed once she sees there's a new plugin available. The bit about the corrupted file refers to updates to existing plugins and compendium using cached files, not brand new plugins.
