Okay, I restored my files from the other day and it worked, but why? I found that I loaded sometime ago a plugin called "Turbine". This Plugin needs to sit in the plugin folder and this helps run Travel and Lockslots plugin. Without this the plugin won't work. The Turbine folders has five additional folders in it called Animation, Debug, Test, UI, and Utils. I have no idea where I got this Turbine Plugin, sorry.

Hi,
at the moment I'm trying to write a improved version of this nice little plugin. It will contain all the new ports from Helms Deep and will be a multilanguage version, if everything goes well
But there is one problem: I don't use the french or english client, so if somebody wants to help me out so that I can complete my plans, that would be very kind What I need is an IndexDictionary.lua in english and french, containing all of the new ports (as ID you can just put 0x00000000 or anything else, I will change the IDs accordingly) and all the maps used in this plugin in those 2 languages. Of course you will get credit for my patch if you provide any data I need
The german part is already finished and working correctly, so all I need is the lua-file and the maps. Hope somebody will help me out

Travel Window Plugin Patch (EN) ver 11.1e - extended length of Sort Options panel scrolling list
Patch also includes modifications from patch 11.1b that added Lalia's Market and Forlaw Travel Locations, patch 11.1c that fixed the Tirith Rhaw Poor and Good Map Reversal and patch 11.1d that restored the Crude Map to Gramsfoot

No, this LUA has a Moors map, but the good and poor (or maybe the crude and good, not sure of the names) TR map locations are reversed. The one just to the NW of TR is the good, and the one SW of TR is the other one. I looked at the file MoorMapWindow but cant figure out which two need to be switched.

lua files should be in plain ASCII if only non accented latin characters are used, or in UTF8 *without* BOM (Byte Order Mark) otherwise.
IndexedDictionary.lua in the plugin is encoded in UTF8 without BOM, if the text editor you use decides it knows better and saves the file in UTF8 *with* BOM, that file won't load in Lotro.
Better get a proper text editor that won't mess up with your files. I suggest Notepad++.
