it is because you need the Turbine library

You need to have the Turbine package installed

you can download them at this adress : Here

or you can download them with the Compendium plugins too they are called Turbine Examples

But i had a question... How can i move the icon? It stays in the middle of my screen and i want to place near borders.

In case you didn't solve it: Press the Alt-key and drag it with the left mouse button. This is also in the description of the plugin.

If I press the right mouse button on the icon, I get this error:

There is no "real" options window, so what about deactivating this function?
