Hello again

1st : I use Windows XP
2nd : I download and use the 7-zip as you use at the video
3nd : I didnt type any capital letters at both folders "ui" and "skins"

I watch your video and follow the steps carefully but nothing happen
i have the same problem again

also i search the folders to see if the files are inside ,and there they are

i want to ask you something else that i think that maybe that is the problem!
Inside the folders the files must be at (*.tga) format? i say that because when i try to preview them it says that "there no available preview" and i think that maybe there is the problem.

ps. the files of the folders are opening only with my Photoshop.

is any way that you can come up with something about my problem?

i really really love your skin ,its very cool

Hmm,I'm really stomped.

I really have no idea why your having trouble.

Yes the files are in .tga format and photoshop does open them,that is normal.

Yes you cannot preview those file under windows preview program,the only way to preview them is using a plug in like the on on the link below.

Ok lets do this:

Remove any or all the UI that you might have installed including mine.

Download and install someone else UI to test and see if you still get the same error.

If you still get the same error like with my UI then there something wrong with your installation of Lotro.

Another thing you can try is make a back up by either zipping the folder under My Documents (The Lord of the Rings Online) or move it to your desktop, after you made the back up of that folder go ahead and delete the folder name (The Lord of the Rings Online) under My Documents.

This will reset the graphics and everything to the game to default.
You will need to log in and accept the Eula again and set your graphics and resolution again.

You might get a crash the first two time you try to log in, this kinda normal.

Once you log in and do all that exit the game,the game will recreate a new folder (The Lord of the Rings Online) under My Documents.

Then follow my steps on the video to recreate the UI folder to install my UI.

Also you might want to run a full scan of Antivirus and Malware scanner just in case.

It could be just that,that you need to reinstall other than that I have no idea.

Hello,today we receive the book 8.

So far I haven't encounter any problems or missing skin art,let me know if you do encounter such problems.

Can't wait to get the new Moria skin pack soon to skin some more art.

Sorry that I been slow per say skinning some misc skins that needs skinning like the scroll bars and arrow keys and such(misc).

Reason why the slow minor update is cause as I stated I'm waiting for the new zip pack.

Least now the toolbar on the xp bar is now fixed on the client and server side.

But also wanted to say that I'm still here and haven't gone.

Actually I been playing a lot, got my Brygard char to lvl 58 and half.

The Legendary Weapon Icon is always visible. All the other icons work perfectly appearing as you rollover them.

Thanks for letting me know,swear I thought I had added this but guess not.

I uploaded a second version patch for the grey sword icon,just waiting for approval.

Once Frosty release the new Moria zip UI I will update my UI's with all the patches included plus some minor skinning art.

Is there any way to remove the portion of the Gambit Icon circled at "A"?

And can the toolbar be centered so as to have equal distance at both "B"?

I've looked into the skindefinition.xml but couldn't find any parameters to adjust.

To move the toolbar you will need to install the mini toolbar located
Here.

About the gambit let me make a transparency to that and let me test it first if its possible which probably is,I will get back to you shortly.

Alright I uploaded the zip pak for gambit art background transparencies boxes,just needs to be approved then should show up in the add box on top of this page when its done.

Now that we have recieved the new UI zip pack I will be updating the Ui's and do some tweaking here and there.

But for now I'm looking over some stuff that previously wasn't possible.

One of the thing I wanted so bad is to resize the dressing room so I can see the details of my armour and weapons and now it seems to work, I wanted this so i can take pics of my characters and make wallpaper and such or avatars sigs etc.

So I'm playing around to see how much I can do like the mini maps and so on.

First off, this is a great skin. Loving it. I'm using the Blue, invisible, with keys that appear when you mouse over them.

Only problem I have come across is on the toolbar, slots 7 through +/-. When I place my skill Shocking touch (RK) I am unable to click on it to perform said skill. I am able to hit 7 on my key bored and it works fine, just no clicky with my cursor.

To temp fix the problem I have taken all skills etc off toolbar and placed quickslot bar 1 one over the toolbar in it's place and it seems to work fine.

Not sure if this is something you know about. But if you don't and want more details let me know here, I will check back.

I believe that's bar 3,bar 3 has know issue from long time it tends to go underneath some skins.

Also since Moria some UI panel has an invisible back ground box,anything under neath say box cannot be interacted.

When you press the CTRl and \ the you can see the transparent box of each UI that are movable,it is recommended that you have each ui box afar from each other and make sure no ui are underneath the invisible UI boxes.

This a preview of the dressing room,for now its desing for 1680x1050 resolution.

I will try to modify it for lower resolutions.

There are some errors when I configure the dressing room.

1:I had to removed the base black box background,when I try to expand it I get some lines all over the places.

2:When you move the dressing room far right of the screen,the avatar gets fat(bloated).
So make sure when you take screenshots of your character have it in middle or far left side of the screen to avoid the error.

I don't think it is QBar 3 in the way. I have that bar vertical on the left of my screen.

I have a screen of it but don't know how to post pictures here.
