Flipsod1 is not needed for this skin, i uploaded it incorrectly.

This is the final product, this is designed on 1440x900 fullscreen any other resolutions may have varied results, sorry it took me so long to get this one up- been playing on it for a day now

the art on the double bar is wrapping around the docked actionbar.

resizing instructions :

edit the skindefinitions.xml in the proper directory for the one you are using
this is the line you need to edit:
