Some colorful and easy-to-read pips I created for an old submission. Feel free to use them as you wish.

My previous instructions were rather unclear.

So, I uploaded an example skin that only replaces the pips. Extract it into My Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\UI\Skins and you can start using it by choosing "Colorful Pips" from the UI Settings tab in-game.

If you are trying to replace the pips in an existing skin, copy the toolbar folder with its images, and modify the focus/fervour/attunement mappings in the skin's SkinDefinition.xml to match the new paths. You will probably want to use the SkinDefinition.xml provided as reference for the appropriate mappings to modify.
