Is there anyway to hide the default gambit panel since this plugin comes with it's own? It's taking up room I could use lol

Just giving everyone a heads up that uses this plugin, I have no idea how the changes that are coming with Helm's Deep will effect this plugin. I don't know if they plan to add/remove/change any/all gambits, if some gambits will not be available if you are traited in a certain way, how stances will work (since the dev diary for champs seems to suggest stances are going away), and how the LUA environment will respond to the changes (this plugin takes gambit information directly from the game, so if they change/break/disable that, then this plugin will have problems going forward). Tooltips will probably also be a problem, as if they change I have to do those manually.

We're about 2 months out from Helm's Deep, so we'll see how it goes. I can't say how much time I can invest into fixing any problems that arise, but I will do my best.

I have tried to get this plugin to run, but unfortunately it never shows the gambit bars. All I get is the quickbar. When I load the plugin I get this:

The gambit index is out of the range of available gambits. The index should be between 1 and 0

Any help would be much appreciated.

This is because the way gambits were listed in the gambits tab of the skills sheet had categories like "4 Icon Gambits" and "2 Icon gambits" and so on, whereas now you'll find the categories listed under the gambits tab have been renamed to something like "assailment gambits" and etc, so this is why you get error codes as the plugin is asking for the list of gambits in the wrong way - hopefully this should be rectified in an update soon

This occurred because of the changes made to classes in Helm's Deep. I haven't had a chance to go through the new plugin data to find out if this is fixable yet. Unfortunately I cannot say when I will have time to try and fix it.

Looking forward to a update on this plugin for helms deep it's very helpful on learn how to memorize the gambits.

Just a heads up, I started looking into the problems that came with Helm's Deep, and unfortunately Turbine broke the API I use to create the toolbars and populate the window with the fist/spear/shield builders you need in order to create a gambit. Unfortunately this makes it quite difficult to fix, and Turbine isn't really know for fixing API issues quickly. I'll look into alternatives in the meantime but this will delay a fix. Sorry everyone!

Sorry for the longer than expected delay, but I have finally released a temporary fix for the problems that HD caused. I had to manually create a table of (what I believe is) all 64 available gambits to a maxed level Warden, and the sequence of builders needed to create each gambit. I believe I got everything correct, but if you notice a gambit is using the wrong builders to make it, please let me know which gambit it is and I'll fix it ASAP. For example, Conviction should be Sh-F-Sh-F-Sh, but you see it says to build it as Sh-F-Sp-F-Sh.

Tooltips may not display 100% accurate information for the gambit, as I have not updated the tooltips yet and HD brought a few changes to gambits, so I'd expect some to be slightly wrong or out right incorrect. I was going to disable tooltips to prevent confusion but decided against it as they can still be used as guidelines.

I´ve tested this on a german client and it didn´t work, so I´ll think, that the translated gambit-names makes your workaround not useable for clients other then english
Hope you´re be able to fix it soon, because it´s a great addon for wardens

Great to see this handy plugin getting updated. I have tried it a few times and I like it. you mentioned both of these in your "future plans", but I'd like to give them a vote. Customizing the size/shape of the quickslots. Right now, it takes up a lot of room, and being able to build your own custom bar. Great work and thank you for taking it over.

Hmmm yeah I hadn't considered this since the old system pulled all the information directly from the game so I never really had to translate anything. I would need an in-game translation of all the gambits in order to build a table for it. If you'd be willing to supply that information please send me a private message and I'll send you a way to pull that information quickly.

is this new version of Warden Ease 2 already patched to work with german clients? I am a little confused with the "upload date" and the files date, therefore my question.

This version (2.5) isn´t compatible with german (and french) clients yet, but stever is working on a version that supports at least the german clients, but this can take a little time, as he wrote to me.
