Just a small cleaning of the chat box.
The chat tabs have been removed so only the name of the shows.
Arrows and scrollbar only shows up when you hover over them, unfortuantely that also has the sideeffect of doing the same other places where those arrows and scrollbars are being used.
To use it, just unpack the file in the nui directory and overwrite SkinDefinition.xml
