I can give it a look, sure. In the meantime, have you noticed that the options are also available in the plugin manager window? Each plugin in the list has an options tab there, some plugins utilize it. For Travel Window this tab provides exactly the same options the separate options window provides and the plugin manager window is resizeable.
It would also help if you can provide me with the resolution you are playing in and whether you tried deleting the plugindata file for TravelWindow.

I'm seeing something odd, a bug. I'm not exactly sure what old version number I had previously installed, but it was listed as "Travel", I think (I ran into the "enable it as Travel Window" issue). Then I updated to your most recent version 16.0.1 via LotRO Plugin Compendium.
After selecting a character and clicking on the Enter Middle-earth button of the LotRO UI, the normal loading screen & tip appear. Before the loading is completed, I see Travel Window's right-click pop-up menu appear wherever the mouse happens to be situated at the time. Right clicking again, anywhere, will cause the menu to disappear. Whether or not the menu is displayed, the game loads correctly (ie, no hangs, BSODs, CTDs, etc).
The menu display doesn't seem to be adversely affecting the game in any way - it just appears too early.
I do have several plugins installed although only 4 are normally running (Bootstrap, TitanBar, LotroPad, Palantir II). Others are rarely loaded, generally only as they're needed via Bootstrap.

I had no time to update the addon for U16, but will do so ASAP starting today in the evening (CET). Please feel free to send me bug reports and if anyone has the IDs and/or names of any new travel skills (in all languages) please send them my way.

I submitted an update to TravelWindow that includes the U16 travel skills -it is awaiting approval by the admins. The release was not tested extensively as I have not unlocked the skills myself yet.
Please let me know about any bugs or translation errors.

Getting the following when trying to use Eriador and Rhovanian maps. Gondor map displays ok.

A similar addon could be done, for me it is just a matter of my limited spare time. There was a plugin called mount carousel for this. You could also use something like TonicBars and have a collapsing quickbar that has all the mounts and unfolds on mouseover.

I was wondering if an old feature could be added back into travel window. A user mentioned this previously in this thread. At one point travel window had an option to keep the travel window open or close it after clicking a travel skill. This is no longer there. I did some checking and it appears 10.3 of the old version is actually the only version that ever had this feature. Versions after 10.3 no longer have this functionality at all. Versions before 10.3 the default behavior was to keep the window open with no option to change it.

I remember this feature only for dropdown lists of travel destinations, not the icons. Are you sure it was available for icons as well?

Yes, I actually just went through all the old versions of travel yesterday to check them all and see how they behaved. And I've always run with Icon Grid mode.

I will look into updating it very soon. I missed Update 17 because I am not playing at the moment.
If anyone can provide the names and IDs of the skills I can add them easily.
Translated names of the skills in German/French and suggested locations on the maps are welcome!
