Description
These are the final compiled assets that are skinnable in the UI.

You will notice a new file "Book13_Differences.txt" that outlines the changes that were made in the UI Art Asset IDs.

As soon as we in Europe finally get this patch I can start viewing this new UI and add/change stuff

EDIT:
I've tried redownloading it, but there seems to be an error in the file:

C:\Documents and Settings\[...]\Desktop\Book13_UISkinArtPack.zip: CRC failed in barbershop_character_bg.tga. The file is corrupt
