@ SnDragon :

That's normal, after changing the scale of the vital bar, a re-logging of the character is necessary to get it work correctly.

@ shirlzknight :

On this first tab of the option menu, is your resolution at least equal or higher than anything X 768 in the mode you use (windowed or full screen) ?
This is the minimum required for JRR, except for JRR Smallbar add-on on "no-ext" profile.
If you are set on something X 768 in windowed mode, switching to full screen should be enough to get all the panel display correctly.

wardrobe not displaying!

@ shirlzknight Thank you very much for the comment, it's always appreciated
Hi again, I have been enjoying my new skins but have encounterd a little problem. My wardrobe remains empty when i try something on! the options are at the side but no toon to model my gear!!
Something tells me at the back of my mind there is a required programe that needs to be installed if you want to use a larger wardrobe but i may be wrong.
I must state im not computer literate! So if you can assist me please please PLEASE keep it as simple as possible(yea i know ..what a noob!!) lol ok and thanks again, its not the end of the world I can easy change settings back to default and use wardrobe then back to your skins but I have always wanted a large wardrobe and being able to use would be fantastic!!!

PS. I should add the skin i was using is Erolings(L)

PPS UPDATE!! the wardrobe no longer works with any skin inc if i turn them to default!! Im a big cosmetics fan and need my wardrobe but really really dont want to un-install your skins so any help would be greatly appreciated!!, its the in-game Ctrl left click wardrobe im refering to not the cosmetics list found at vaultkeeper. TYVM

I do, I have it bumped all the way down to 0.40. On my LM the vitals picture is overtaken by what appears to be the normal background and I'm unable to right click for options. I know on a different toon today I was able to see the picture and click for options though and I'm not sure why, since they're both using the exact same options, plugins, scales, etc.

As a note, I'm using the Azure Glass addon skin for JRR. I posted in the main skin since that's where the other user had posted, and figured it might be easier for you to keep track of anyone else if they all posted here.

@ SnDragon Do you use too a custom scale on vital bar ?
I have not encountered this problem in the differents situations I've tested.
Since I can't replicate it, I can't determine if the problem comes from the lotro client or from my minor modification of the PVP rank icon position on vital bar.

I'm also experiencing the same problem with being unable to right click my vitals. I figured I was the only one so I didn't really care. I'll play around with it a bit later to see if I can figure out why.

I brought the scale up all the way, and saw that my player portrait was where my moors rank icon would be (on this toon, I have no moors rank). Then, when I took the scale back down, my portrait filled the entire screen. Dunno why.
That's "normal" behavior of Lotro client, you have to logout then relog in after modifying the scale to get the new parameters correctly applied.

I've tested the player vital bar at minimal scale, and I didn't got any problem to access its right click menu.

You should right click on your portrait to access this menu.
Turbine didn't designed the right corner of the player vital bar to give access to any menu... but when you select yourself as opponent, every pixel of the vial bar does .
That's Turbine's philosophy, not mine

If clicking on your portrait does not solve your issue :

Do you have set a custom size for your vitals in "UI settings" or are you 1.0 scale ?

In any case you can restore (eventually to confirm/infirm a bug with JRR new vital) by editing (with wordpad) the skindefinition.xml file located in :

Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\ui\skins\JRR v2\*the skin you use*\skindefinition.xml (located itself in another folder)

Eventually save a copy of this file, then open the original one, and use f3 (research). Look for <PanelFile ID="ID_UISkin_AvatarPanel">

When located, delete all the text from :

(including) <PanelFile ID="ID_UISkin_AvatarPanel">
to
(excluding) <!-- Extended quest book, by Adra. 03/18/2012 -->

save it, close lotro if running, re-launch it and check if there's any difference.
#1: I meant to say the portriat in the upper-left corner (where player portrait is by default), just got left and right confused somehow.

#2: I have the player vitals UI scale down all the way. Previously had no issues accessing the fellowship menu by right clicking on my potrait, without having to target myself.

#3: On a quick check (Solo), I can right click the potrait and bring up the menu to restore my Landscape Skirmish Soldier UI. Will have to check fellowship menu later today.

#4: All in all - Thanks for the reply, we'll see if I need to go through the steps you iterated.

P.S. - Very nice skin collection, and kudos for doing the work to keep it updated!

EDIT: Just logged on my warden, and when I looked up into the corner for the portrait, there wasn't one. I could still see the vital bar, but the actual pic of my toon wasn't there...just a blank circle. I brought the scale up all the way, and saw that my player portrait was where my moors rank icon would be (on this toon, I have no moors rank). Then, when I took the scale back down, my portrait filled the entire screen. Dunno why. I'll give a try editing the skindef flie like you suggested to see what happens.

Seriously though, this was weird: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images...shot00614.jpg/

Hello, i'm currently using your awesome skins. They are the best around. May i ask tho if i can change the map size of Monsters Lair Skin?

Thank you in advance, great work.

Hi and thanks

The map tweaking code is :

<!-- Map Window -->
<PanelFile ID="ID_UISkin_MapPanel">
<Element ID="MapBackground" X="0" Y="0" Width="1024" Height="768"> </Element>
</PanelFile>

You can restore fullscreen map by editing the skindefinition.xml file (with wordpad) and deleting these lines. It is located :

Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\ui\skins\JRR v2\# Monsters Lair #\_ New style toolbar\skindefinition.xml

You can also change the position of the map (maybe the size, my few tests leaded to crap ^^), but any custom position will make the coordinates of the locator reporter become false

Awesome mate, map restored, thank u very much.

No right click menu

I can no longer right click on my own vitals in the upper right corner to access the menu. I have to directly target myself in order to do things like: leave fellowship, set loot rules, or do a ready check.

Hi before i ask you something i would like to thank you very much for doing these amazing skins.

Hi and thanks for your comment.
I'm not the author of the most of the skins featured in JRR, I "just" fix/update and revisit them.

I have a problem and I don't know if i am the only one ... i can separate stacks of materials ... have i done something wrong or is it from the interface i am using .

I don't really understood the nature of your problem, but whatever I can start answering you that JRR only affects the design of the user interface, not its functionalities.
Maybe have you a superposition of UI elements ? Have you tried "CTRL" + "*" to check panel positions ?
And, if this can help : The bags can be moved by their left side, at a few pixels of it.
