you mean the plugin manager on the character select screen on the right side under Monster Play? if so then yes,

but when I open the manager theres nothing in the list, if I click the arrrow it shows None or the list of characters on my server,

You also need to select your skin, with "Options" -> "UI Settings" -> "Current User Skin".

still nothing under ui setting, skin for ui skin, just shows NONE and with the drop down arrow NONE as well

Really weird. Sorry, I'm stumped. :(

Perhaps the files got corrupted somehow. You could try re-downloading one of the plugins, and see if that works. If so, then the files are corrupted.

I've tried that several times, but will try it once more, if that doesnt work I'll just reisntall Lotro again. Im stumped too cause I had it working on Friday, but I had to do a system restore and afterward Happy Cloud wouldnt repair the lotro files so I had to to a fresh install. I'll try that again and delete all the plugin folders downloads too to see if that helps. Thanks for all your effort, it is greatly appreciated.
