Looking for a little help
 

Im new to the game and would like to know of some good plug-ins to use and also is there an ingame plugin for questing?

As you're new to the game I must remind you that plugins are quite restricted atm for lotro. It's only a year when we had Lua support and basically no updates after that. Also skinning updates have been under the rock the past year. But with Rise of Isengard, the upcoming expansion, they promised to deliver new resources for the modding community.

On the main page you can see the most favorite/download/rated mods. That's a good place to start with.

You can also check out my personal favs, however the list is a bit outdated as some of the things might be outdated there.
