What's My Problem?

Hi all, Mr. Noob here. I've got a wee problem with a skin running at 1280x960. There's a screenie of the specific problem below. As you can see, my main Toolbar appears to be squashed, as compared to the LevelMeter which is the correct length for the resolution. I know it's the right length because it's the same as when it's in the default UI.

At first, I thought perhaps that was the problem, but now I'm thinking that the toolbar is the wrong size for the resolution because the icon slots are incorrectly spaced and some of the icons are hanging off the ends (ignore the very slight squashing I did myself to the image to make it more forum friendly). So am I right? I'm just not sure precisely what my problem is here, so I'm not sure how to proceed fixing it. I've read up on quite a bit here, and I've made notes on various issues to do with sizing and positioning etc, but so far my own experiments haven't worked.

So, if anyone could tell me what the nature of my 'squashing' problem is, I'd be most grateful! Cheers all. :)

Hooray! Had a breakthrough when I realised the "width" and "height" components of the ToolBarField line reffered to the graphic for the toolbar, thus supplying me with accurate figures to re-calculate the center position. :D

the xwidth is a smaller number then the image's width
