Book 10 UI: NPC levels not showing.

I noticed this last night (seen it before but thought it was random) but the NPC levels arent showing up in the targeting vitals. Its just "good" or "vendor" types- attackable mobs show up fine.

I havent tested the default yet but cant think of any reason why...

(Also for Frosty- did ya get a chance to see the images I posted for yall?)
