LoTROInterface - Skin error with JappME Ivy MW 1.05

Hello,

This skin is most excellent and I'm sure it's simply me doing something wrong.

I installed and selected the skin from in game. Looks perfect except I know that the larger crafting and mailbox panels won't show until I exit the game and launch the game again.

But each time I log off or exit the game, when i come back in the main UIO bar is up and to the left as shown here:

After I log back in the larger panels are working which is good, but my main UI is in the wrong place.

My full screen resolution is 1920 X 1200 on a 24" monitor.

To fix this I have to select 'none' (default UI) and relog, and then re-select the JappMe skin. But what a process!

I see on other threads that some suggest editing a certain line in the skin code - is this what I need to do, where do I find it, and what values should I enter?
