Queue-able Crafting

Not sure if it has been brought up in the past or not or if it can even be done, but I was just thinking the other day after getting to a town/area with crafting stations with stacks of ores/hides "Ya know, it sure would be nice if I could queue up these 'chores' (referring to the processing of the ores/hides) and go afk while burning through everything!"

I can understand that anything that gives you the ability to 'automate' various actions in the game can be construed as 'exploitative', but it's not like having this capability is 'game-breaking' or affects another person's gameplay.

Just a thought

Short answer: not possible

Longer answer: This is not possible for two reasons. First, crafting is not exposed to Lua. The only thing we can do via Lua is list the known recipes. Second, Lua can not programmatically perform any actual actions, all we can create are buttons for skills/items which users then have to actually click. Note that crafting is not actual skill/item use so we can't even create a control to make it easier to locate and execute a recipe.

Yeah, I kinda figured it was most likely out of the realm of possibility (otherwise it probably would have already been done by now ;) ). Just thought I'd throw it out there.

Thanks for the quick (and informative) response! :)
