Vital Modifications
 

I'm looking into Vital modifications for the sole purpose of changing the size and placement of the buff/debuff icons. I realize that resizing them will only stretch the images.

So the first question is do you get enough control over the Vitals window that you can move the location of the buff/debuffs and/or resize the icons (and let them be stretched)?

If so, then can anyone point me towards the conventions for this part of the vitals?

Thing is you will need to reskin the vitals and move around pretty much everything.
