Mini-map

Is there a way to re-skin the mini-map when you have so much dread sauron's eye covers the mini-map. I am not sure on the exact number when this happens... (I think it is around 9-10) I could not find a tag anywhere.

Animated UI isn't supported I believe. Like the Arch-Nemisis portait.

Ahh I see, so there is no way when the map turns into sauron's eye to change what is around it. I got a good custom Map UI, but when I get too much dread it turns back into the default.
