XML Version Number Question

I'm quite the newb when it comes to this skinning so I've muddled my way through by trial and error so far. I've come across an XML error and I was hoping someone could help me with it.

When I updated the skin bar I've done (Kaylan's Scroll Action Bar), I changed the version number from 1.0 to 1.1. It worked for me after at first, but just today it wouldn't show up in the skins option for me. I changed it back to 1.0 and it worked again.

The top line looks like this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

The only thing I changed was to the 1.1 from 1.0 and it stopped working. Is there any reason for this? Should I just leave it at 1.0?

Any help or suggestion would be much appreciated. Thanks!

That is basically just to declare what type of XML Standards they are using. This should always be 1.0 until Turbine uses a different version of XML Standards. Its not to define your version number of the skin as an author. :)

Thanks Dolby! I made a wrong guess. LoL I don't know anything about XML or Photoshop so it has been fun learning new things trying this skin stuff out. :)
