Can't play because my mouse disappears at character select. Have tried exiting several times but still no mouse cursor. Can anyone offer a solution, please?

No, but I'll try that. Thanks for the feedback.

On your mouse settings properties in your system OS:
Do you use mouse pointer trails on? if so disable it and see if that works.

I believe pointer trails doesn't work in Lotro thus making it disappear.

that, or have you tried activating hardware cursor?
