Ok i found what was the problem
This might sound funny but i got an answer after searching at google finding an old post of me here at this forum(3.5years ago..), about the exactly problem
this one
At my laptop i got windows Greek edition and for some reason Lotro doesnt load the ui corrently
so i have to rename the systems files(my documents) to english.
