Here's a way...
There is a way, but you'll need some hardware, like a Nostromo n52 Speedpad, or a gaming keyboard that lets you program special keys, like the G15. You just set one of the programmable keys to a right mouseclick toggle, and have it so it stays pressed until you toggle it again. This is the method I use when the devs dont give us a way to toggle it.
