When you update a new version with a new zip pack,the mod has to be online to approve the file by either Cairenn or Dolby or other mods.
Depend what time you upload it,it can take an hour to 7 in rare cases and sometime in 5 mins.
I seen Cairenn around 3am Central time,that's when I usually upload it to get my file approved quickly.
I'm a night person,I work most of my jobs at night.
