Creating a UI mod file?
Excuse me for being such a noob, and I have looked through the site but can't find anything but......
Coming from EQ2 we have to create a custom UI folder to direct to client to the modded files. I can't see anything similar posted here for LOTRO. Do we have to create a custom UI folder? If so, can we please have instructions on how to do it to ensure that the game opens the relevant files when it opens? Thanks.
